After checking in to the Hotel and freshening up a bit, we headed to Santiago's famous Central Market to see Darrell shop for fresh local specialties which we will take to the Bel Paese restaurant, where Chef/Owner Roberto Illari will use them to make us lunch.Sunday, June 7, 2009
